What is the return & exchange policy?

Find our return & exchange policy here. However, until further notice, please keep in mind our COVID-19 update:

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our return and exchange policy. We will not be accepting returns/exchanges of any merchandise until further notice. Once a product has been shipped, we cannot accept it back.

When will I receive my order?

With our free, domestic shipping, expect your order to arrive in roughly a week. For an additional fee, we will send your order via USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping-- expect your order to arrive within 2 business days. However, in April the USPS announced that there will be shipping delays that will impact all Surgical Seecrets orders. Keep in mind that we have no control over these delays, but we will try to send your order as soon as possible. 

How can I or my company wholesale purchase Surgical Seecrets garments?

Where is Surgical Seecrets based?

We are based in California, USA. All Surgical Seecrets products have been designed and assembled in the USA for optimum quality-control.
