We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Terms are subject to change. If changes are made, we will post the revised Return and Refund Policy on the Site and take any other steps required by applicable law.
COVID-19 Update
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our return and exchange policy.
We will not be accepting returns/exchanges of any merchandise until further notice.
Once a product has been shipped, we cannot accept it back.
Return and Exchange Policy for Surgical Seecrets™
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We have a 30-day return/exchange policy for most of our products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. You can return your product for a different size, store credit, or a refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Returned items must be returned in original packaging
Returned items must be in perfect condition and unworn
We do not accept returns/exchanges on underwear
We are unable to process returns/exchanges for international customers (outside the U.S.) at this time

Damages and issues
Please inspect all items in your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Further details on returns and exchanges
Note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the shipping on any returns or exchanges are at your own expense. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the refund/exchange is approved or not.
Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we notify you that your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For exchanges, allow 7-10 business days for your new item to be shipped.
